Smart
funny

Beautiful in some ways

Standing in a sea of people
Handing out favors
And
Love
To people
on the right

and
The left

Stretching and pulling
Her self
Back
And
Forward

Reaching and extending
Lifting and building
Others

365/24/7



Then deciding
to take off the shades she’s been wearing
to

let some natural light in


Then Realizing
 that
All of this time


She’s been living in color
While everyone else
Is in
Black n white



She doesn’t know how to be
Gray

He colors are too bright

So she finds a way
To dull her self
As best she can
Publicly


And decides to embrace her colors
ONLY
When she’s alone

She wanted me to tell everyone
that
it
Sucks being Canary Yellow
in a Jet black world
